Security and Data Protection
Sellers give Anarix E-commerce LLC access to their marketplace accounts so that we can manage them. This page explains how we protect that access and the data behind it. More detail on how we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
Data security overview
- Log monitoring across the systems that store or process seller data.
- Automated alerts on anomalous access.
- Access controls that limit who can reach seller data and credentials.
- Regular rotation of credentials and tokens.
Incident response
If we detect a security incident, we follow a defined process:
- Detect the incident.
- Triage it and decide how serious it is.
- Contain it to stop further exposure.
- Assess the scope of what was affected.
- Notify affected parties. Where Amazon data is involved, we notify Amazon within 24 hours.
- Fix the root cause.
- Restore affected systems from backups.
- Run a post-incident review.
We review this plan every 3 months, and again after major changes to our infrastructure.
Risk assessment
We run a risk assessment process to identify threats to seller data and to decide which controls we need.
Data from non-Amazon sources
We do not gather Amazon customer, product or business data from sources outside Amazon. The data we work with comes from the seller's own account, through access the seller authorises.
